1. Shipping costs

Products ordered together, the delivery time on the item with the longest delivery time will apply for all parts/products.
2. Delivery time
The delivery time for standard shipments to the European Union is up to 7 working days and to countries outside the European Union up to 7-15 working days and begins with the payment methods invoice and card. In the case of prepayment, the commencement of the period for performance shall be the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank. These delivery times apply to orders received by us before 08:00 a.m. (CET).
The promise of the delivery time for shipments abroad is subject to rapid customs clearance in the receiving country. Force majeure or operational disruptions occurring at the seller or his suppliers, such as riots, strikes, lock-outs, which temporarily prevent the seller from delivering the object of purchase within the specified periods through no fault of his own, shall change these periods by the duration of the disruptions to performance caused by these circumstances.
3. Logistics partner
The ordered articles are packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner DHL, TNT or others, ready for shipment. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by logistics partners.

5. Transport damages
The transport risk is assumed by Garia. If goods arrive damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible.
